My heart goes out to all the people in Haiti , my thoughts and prayers will be with each and every one of them. Sometimes when these disasters occur you realize your own problems aren't so bad.

    Amen! I have a little bit that I say to myself whenever I'm feeling down or overwhelmed, it goes like this "I know that someone somewhere is having a worse day than me". It kind of zaps me out of my mood. I agree that these disasters have a way of making all of us step back and reflect.

    By the way Duncan is getting so big... I love the updated photo of him.
